NSYR ISRAEL is a company founded in 2025 by Erez Cohen, a recognized professional with more than 30 years of experience in supporting and integrating young people in Israel.

For over three decades, hundreds of young adults from around the world have been guided through their journey of settling in Israel, pursuing education, and achieving personal growth. With the creation of NSYR ISRAEL, this expertise was formalized to provide institutions and youth organizations with strategic, operational, and human-centered support in the design and development of their programs.

NSYR ISRAEL also promotes a comprehensive vision of youth integration, offering continuous support throughout every stage of the journey: from high school, through a Masa Israel Journey program, during higher education, military service, and into the first steps of professional and personal life in Israel.

This holistic approach helps build a coherent and sustainable path toward successful integration and long-term fulfillment in Israel.
